Xavier Cappelut, Vice President of Operations at Accor Vietnam said: ”The challenging situation we are facing not only has a severe impact on the hotel industry but also multiple other industries. Due to ongoing restrictions and limited travel, we are witnessing families and children reliant on income from tourists in a critical situation. The donations from our hotels in Phu Quoc once again confirm Accor’s responsibility to the communities in which we operate. I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to the contributions from our guests and Heartists who have made this initiative this possible. Brighter days are ahead for all!”
